Capital Metal Works is not liable for:

  • Installation errors
  • Improper fitment due to vehicle modifications

Professional installation is strongly recommended for all products.

3. Pricing, Payments & Order Processing

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and may change without notice.

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify pricing
  • Correct pricing errors
  • Limit order quantities
  • Cancel or refuse any order

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued.

Custom & Made-to-Order Items

Once placed, orders for custom or made-to-order items cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded under any circumstances.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping estimates are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed.
We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other external factors.

Customers must provide accurate shipping information. Any additional fees caused by incorrect addresses, reshipments, or refused packages are the responsibility of the customer.

5. International Orders

International buyers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees.
Capital Metal Works has no control over these charges.

All international sales are final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted.

6. Returns & Refunds

All returns and refunds are governed by the Capital Metal Works Return Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

By purchasing from Capital Metal Works, you agree to all conditions outlined in the Return Policy.

7. Warranty
